Correction of Cicatricial Upper Eyelid Ectropion Using a Dermofat Graft and an Anti-Adhesive Agent

We present a case of successful cicatricial upper LED Voltmeter eyelid ectropion correction using a dermofat graft and an anti-adhesive agent (Guardix-Sol) after the wide release of tethering scar tissue.
